I inherited these clowns somehow when Verengo went belly up. Next was Energy Service Experts, now Spruce. My system is faulty. ESE sent out a tech, he said there was water damage and mold in the connector boxes on the roof. Didn't do much to fix, said power output will decline again in 5 years.

Why have you deleted several posts from your LinkedIn page and have all comments turned off for your newer posts. I'll tell you why, your company is rated as an F with the BBB and for good reason. While you have done what you can to repair your presence online, I've been researching you for months and I am aware of the changes you've made to hide the deplorable services of your company.

However you cannot remove everything and several reviews are still available on Yelp and Energysage.com. My solar panels have not been operational for 1 year. I will be contacting a lawyer and my local consumer protection agency. I have never came across such bad consumer service. we are leasing solar panels with this company, lately our electricity bill is coming outrageous so i reached out to the company to see if their technician can come over and have a look at the panels to make sure everything is working correct. first i was told my panels have been offline from their end ever since i changed my internet provider so they cant see how much the panels are producing, told me to trouble shoot on my own with some instructions sent over by email. I inherited these clowns somehow when Verengo went belly up. I am having trouble doing it on my own so i requested if someone can come over and fix it. it has been 2 months going back and forth, everytime we called we get different answers and promises that someone will get back to us in 24/72 hrs. work order has been created and will notify us. sometimes they say there was a minor glitch and it has been fixed. when called again said no its not fixed and grids are still showing offline. we are super frustrated. we are paying high electricity bill on top of the leasing payment. only way we can break the 35 year lease is to purchase the panels which is not something we can do right now. PLEASE stay away from them. They don't even deserve to get one star.
